Erin is a Creative Director and Interior Designer based in Los Angeles. Erin's passion for exploration and design led her from New York City, to a beekeeping farm in Carpinteria, to the White Sands and Mojave deserts. On the West Coast, Erin splits her time between Silverlake and Running Springs, CA.

As Dovetail’s Creative Director, Erin leads the creative team in building brands that are rooted in community and deliver exceptional experiences that resonate with guests and create brand evangelists. Since joining Dovetail in 2022, Erin has helped to launch Cambridge Beaches, Bermuda, Wayfinder Waikiki, Wayfinder Bishop and Now Now Noho, NYC. Erin brings her passion to every project and excels at creative problem solving, art direction, artist collaborations and reimagining interiors.

Prior to joining Dovetail + Co, Erin served as Global Brand Director for Sydell Group’s Saguaro Hotels after a ten-year career in fashion.
